If you receive anything you are unhappy with for any reason, we'll help you with an exchange or refund within 30 days from purchase. Before you return your items, make sure they are in the same conditions they were when you received them not worn, washed or altered, have their original swing tags and are still in their original packaging.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please note return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) are deemed faulty.


If you want to exchange an item or simply want to return your items for a credit note, you can do so by lodging your return via the link below and choose the store credit option. After approval simply head to your nearest post office or preferred courier and ship the parcel back to us (we encourage opting for tracked shipping). Once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse you'll receive a credit note, issued as an online gift card for you to enter upon checkout during your next order.


If you prefer a direct refund via your original payment method you can choose this option for items that are returned within 30 days from sale date. Simply email us at and we will guide you through the return process.


If you are based outside of Australia, return postage costs and any additional duties taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item, unless the items are deemed faulty. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping.
